Blue Sky Distribution Return Policy


We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the return of purchased products. However, due to the nature of our business as a food, beverage, tobacco, and nicotine product distributor, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Product must have been purchased within the last 6 months.
  • BlueSky will not accept cigarettes stamped by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
  • Provide detailed information, including photos of the damaged or defective items.

3. Shipment Errors:

  • In case of an error in the shipped products, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
  • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and send you the correct products at no additional cost.

4. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide necessary information, such as invoice number and product details.
  • All returned products are subject to a 3% return processing fee.

5. Approval and Authorization:

  • All returns are subject to approval. Once approved, you will receive written approval and instructions on how to return the products.
  • Any product returned without written approval will not be processed for credit.

6. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

7. Store Credit or Replacement:

  • Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect them for eligibility.
  • Approved returns will be processed for store credit or replacement, as per your preference. We do not give refunds for any returns.

8. Exclusions:

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or used.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or shipment error.
