Shipping Policy

At Blue Sky Distributors, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently so your business can stay stocked.

Order Processing

Blue Sky Distributors ships orders on a first in, first out basis. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, plus transit time.

We make every attempt to meet this processing timeframe. However, processing or delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, product availability, or other factors outside of our control.

Special orders, custom orders, or large-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested or required.

Local customers may be able to arrange pickup at our warehouse. Please contact your Sales Account Manager for more details.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all applicable freight, COD, hazmat, insurance, handling, and related shipping charges.

Shipping estimates are subject to change based on shipping method, destination, product weight, product dimensions, carrier rates, or other factors. Shipping estimates do not include COD or hazmat fees unless specifically stated.

Orders outside the contiguous United States may require alternate shipping methods or additional charges.

Transit Times

Transit times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, shipping method, and other factors. Blue Sky Distributors is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Product Condition Guarantee

Blue Sky Distributors guarantees that all goods will arrive in sellable condition. If your order arrives damaged or unsellable, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will credit your account for the affected goods.
